University Participates in International University Expo 2025 hosted in Riyadh
The University took part in the International University Expo 2025, held on the 28th and 29th of January 2025 under the “3rd GCC Exhibition for Training & Education” in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The event saw participation from numerous universities across various nations and regions, including (the Kingdom of Bahrain, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, the Sultanate of Oman, Qatar, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, the United Kingdom, Italy, Hungary, Cyprus, Azerbaijan, Bosnia, and China).
This expo hosted significant attendees, and our booth was visited by a noticeable crowd of students from 11 schools of different syllabuses, among them Ahlia, international schools, and private schools, in addition to the technical colleges. Throughout the expo, the University representatives engaged with numerous attendees from all the high school level students from various educational backgrounds, as well as parents and international student services agencies, expressing their keen interest in learning more about the University’s programmes and offerings.
The University’s participation in the expo reflects the Directorate of Marketing and Public Relations’ strategic commitment to promoting its highly specialised programmes from Applied Science University (ASU) and the London South Bank University (LSBU). These events serve as an influential platform that enables direct engagement with both local and international prospective students, offering a good opportunity to address many inquiries and concerns related to the programme’s specialisations, educational system, admissions procedures, scholarship options, student services, residency, the student’s life at the University, and more. In a similar vein, it is worth mentioning that the expo plays an integral role in guiding students towards the selection of fields of study that align with their interests and dream career expectations while also determining the extent to which all of these educational offerings have the potential to meet the demands of the current and future employers’ market.
