
The Directorate of Marketing and Public Relations Initiates its Marketing Campaigns to Promote the University During August and September
As part of its strategic efforts to enhance the University’s presence and promote its distinguished academic programmes, the Directorate of Marketing and Public Relations launched a series of targeted marketing campaigns during August and September 2025, aimed at engaging directly with prospective students and parents across the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
The campaigns included the organisation of promotional booths in several major shopping centres, notably City Centre Bahrain, Al Nakheel Mall in Dammam, Al Ahsa Mall, and Al Jubail Mall. Through these booths, the University provided visitors with detailed information about its academic programmes, modern learning environment, and comprehensive student support services.
The University also participated in several major educational exhibitions, including the Higher Education Institutions Exhibition 2025 organised by the Alumni Club, and the International Exhibition for Academic Studies hosted by the Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE). The events were inaugurated by Dr Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education, in the presence of Dr Diana Abdulkarim Al Jahromi, Secretary General of the Higher Education Council, in the presence of by Prof Waheeb Al Khaja, Chairman of the Board of Trustees, and Prof Hatem Masri, President of the University, alongside a distinguished group of university presidents and representatives from higher education institutions.
In addition, the University participated in the Universities Exhibition at the Sheraton Hotel and a series of three private school visits organised by Education Zone, as well as the Universities Exhibition at the Gulf Hotel and nine private school visits organised by Education Links.
These campaigns aimed to enhance direct communication with target audiences and provide an interactive experience that showcases the University’s diverse academic offerings. They also encouraged students to explore specialisations aligned with their personal interests and future career aspirations.
The University’s continuous initiatives reflect its commitment to academic excellence and its dedication to preparing graduates equipped with the knowledge and skills required to meet the evolving needs of the local and regional labour markets.
