
University Strengthens Engagement with the School Community through “Bahraini Creativity” Competition
The University concluded the “Bahraini Creativity” competition, organised by the Department of Design and Arts at the College of Arts and Science, with wide participation and notable student engagement, including representatives from both private and government schools across the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The competition served as a vibrant platform for showcasing students’ creativity skills and outputs in art and design, fostering a dynamic, competitive environment that encourages originality and creative thinking.
The event displayed the outstanding level of young Bahraini talent, serving as an inspiring example of excellence and demonstrating that school education in the Kingdom continues to nurture promising creative capabilities. The competition also aimed to strengthen the link between academic curricula and applied creative practice, as the exhibition platforms featured distinguished projects that reflected advanced artistic and technical perspectives aligned with the aspirations of the new generation.
At the conclusion of the event, the winners of the first three places in each category were honoured for their exceptional efforts and outstanding work. Participating schools were also recognised for their valuable contributions. It’s worth underlining that the “Bahraini Creativity” competition is part of the University’s vision to support cultural and artistic initiatives, strengthen its engagement with the school community, nurture creative talents, and guide them towards future academic and professional excellence.
