Welcome to the College of Engineering at Applied Science University, a college that is unique in its ‎culture, facilities and environment. The College was established in 2017 and offers four Bachelor Dual-Award Programmes in Engineering: BEng (Hons) Architectural Engineering, BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering, BEng (Hons) Mechanical Engineering and BEng (Hons) Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Our programmes are distinct as they offer the chance to study a UK degree in Bahrain with work experience and internship ‎opportunities.Upon successfully completing the programme, students are awarded two sets of certificates and transcripts - one from ‎London South Bank University (LSBU) in the UK and one from Applied Science University (ASU) in Bahrain, these awards are recognised by the Higher Education Council in the Kingdom of Bahrain. This will give our graduates a competitive advantage in the job market ‎and allow them to develop lifelong learning skills that are sought after by employers here in Bahrain ‎and internationally. We are delighted to share with you that our Civil and Architectural Engineering Programmes have been accredited by the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB). ASU is the only university in Bahrain offering CIOB-accredited programmes.
