Main Duties of the Department
- Ensure that all staffing ratios such as faculty to student ratios are compliant with the HEC rules and regulations, in addition to forecasting staffing needs based on students’ enrolment trends.
- Provide transport services.
- Take the required steps in obtaining, stamping work permits and follow up with employees affairs.
- Hotel reservations and booking of flight tickets.
- Assist employees in overcoming all obstacles that they may encounter during their tenure with the university.
- Issue the documents which the employees need upon returning from their leaves and update their records carefully.
- Make every effort to provide a safe, secured and healthy environment for all of the University’s stakeholders.
- Follow up on procedures related to Bahrain Labour Market Regulatory Authority and Social Insurance for all employees at the university.
