Welcome to the Administration and Finance Directorate
The Administration and Finance Directorate at Applied Science University (ASU) ensures that operational processes are carried out effectively with high levels of productivity and efficiency.
The Directorate is made of the following departments:
- Human Resources.
- Administrative Affairs.
- Financial Affairs.
- Procurement and Logistics Services.
The objectives of the Financial Department at ASU is to manage the financial operations and daily transactions appropriately and regularly. The major activities of the Financial Department includes accounting, financial reporting, cash management, payroll, annual budgeting and forecasting. The Financial department also ensures that our students are given excellent services and timely collection of fees and dues.
The Procurement and Logistics Services Department at ASU seeks to fulfill the University requirements of maintenance and logistical services by attracting cost effective suppliers and building excellent relationships with all our vendors and contractors. This department strives to provide all offices and departments in the University with the required equipment and supplies like stationary, furniture, devices etc. in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
The Human Resource Department strives to recruit talent based on the actual staffing needs of the university.
